Neeva's personal story

Hello there! I'm Neeva, and I'm thrilled to share my journey with you. It all began back in 2008, when four pregnancies and persistent back pain led me to my very first yoga class. To say I was shocked by what I discovered would be an understatement – I realized just how much my body and mind needed this practice. From that moment on, I was hooked. I dove headfirst into yoga, practicing every day and falling deeply in love with it.
Fast forward to 2012, when I decided to take my passion to the next level by completing a yoga teacher training course. Since then, my journey has been a whirlwind of learning and growth. I've dedicated myself to expanding my knowledge and skills through various courses and workshops, always striving to deepen my understanding of yoga and holistic wellness.
But my journey didn't stop there. I knew I wanted to do more than just teach yoga and Pilates – I wanted to make a real difference in people's lives. That's why I pursued further studies in neuroscience and nutrition at Harvard Medical School, with the goal of helping my students not only on the mat but also in their overall health and well-being.
These days, you can find me sharing my passion for yoga with students of all levels, both in group classes and one-on-one sessions. And let me tell you, there's nothing more rewarding than seeing the transformation that yoga can bring. From relieving pain to finding inner peace, I've witnessed firsthand the incredible impact that yoga can have on people's lives. And it's a privilege to be a part of that journey.

What differentiates my work
Most treatments (for physical or mental issues), either in the modern medicine sector or the alternative one, are focusing on getting rid of the symptoms of a problem. Even acupuncture, which works on opening energy blockages in the human body and is considered a great alternative treatment, is (in most cases) wonderful for a short time only; if the person will not take care of the root cause of their issue, the blockages will most likely come back and the person will need more treatments. Modern medicine eliminates the symptoms in most cases. And what are these symptoms to begin with? These are the body screaming that there is a problem that needs to be taken care of! Once we shut off the body’s screams with medications, we ‘forget’ about the problem as it doesn’t bother us anymore, and then, eventually, the problem will become bigger. Later on - God forbid - we could face a much more serious disease due to wiping away the symptoms of the issue when it was still small and manageable.
In my sessions, I teach how to take care of the root cause of most problems, which means you don’t only get rid of the symptoms, but you also get rid of the actual problem, whatever that is. And if you do a good job, it will never grow or repeat!
